Evoke Health Makes “Best Places to Work in PA” List for 2016

September 15, 2016 (Philadelphia, PA) – Evoke Health Philadelphia has once again been named in the top 100 “Best Places to Work in PA” for 2016. The awards program, created in 2000, was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the state. Selection is based upon an employee survey, along with data collected about the company’s policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics.

“It’s the people and the culture that make Evoke one of the best places to work,” says Samantha Dolin, SVP, Group Creative Director. “I get to work with the smartest, coolest, most talented crew I’ve ever worked with, hands down. And we partner with amazing clients that are doing incredible work.”

Erin Bouldin, VP, Client Partner, adds, “At every level of the organization, Evoke is made up of talented, hard working people who appreciate the importance of work/life balance. It makes us unique, and is the perfect recipe for success.”

Companies from across the state in a full range of industries entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. The first part of this process included the overall company evaluation, which was worth 25% of the total score. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth 75%. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the process.

Tom Donnelly, President of Evoke Health, says, “We’ve always tried to create an environment where anyone, at any level, has an opportunity to contribute and really see the value of what they are doing—and I think that makes people proud of the agency and the work we deliver. I believe it’s a big part of why our talent at Evoke has continued to grow.”

The Best Places to Work in PA awards program is one of the first statewide programs of its kind in the country. The program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.

Evoke Health Philadelphia will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on Thursday, December 1, 2016. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony.
